Just a few kilometers from Rønnebogaard is Denmark's largest stone, the Dam Stone, which you must experience as it is completely unique.
Svendborg
Then it's off to Svendborg. The old cozy market town by Svendborg Fjord with old, beautiful houses and an exciting harbor, cozy pubs, cafes and restaurants. From here you can take the tourist boat "Helge" for a trip around some of the many small islands, including Tåsinge, where you can make a temporary stay and experience Valdemar's Castle.
Egeskov Castle
If you have the time and desire to explore further, a trip to Egeskov Castle near Kværndrup is a great experience. Here you can take a guided tour of the castle, walk in the beautiful park and dine in the castle's restaurant. There is a playground for the children and if you like horses, a horse-drawn carriage ride is a nice relaxing experience.
